DELIVERY 

 

Do I have to buy the original container or can I buy just the refill version?

You're not in any way obliged to buy the original to qualify for the refill option.

For that matter we prefer you refill any pre-existing container in your household. 

 

How do you deliver?

We partnered with The Drop Delivery to ensure emission-free deliveries. 

The orders are dropped off at a previously determined location 

 

Can I use my own containers for delivery? 

Unfortunately not. Due to costs and logistics we cannot pickup your personal containers to refill and return. 

 

Glass jars are fragile. Why aren’t you using plastic containers instead? 

We opted for glass jars for delivery since glass is easier to sanitize than plastic and because of the many other potential uses of a glass jar. 

 

How do I get my deposit back?

When we deliver your next order we will pickup your empties and send you a code that you can enter in the promo code section during checkout. The deposits will be automatically subtracted from your total. 

 

Do you deliver to apartment buildings? 

If your building has a concierge that accepts deliveries, we leave it there. Should that not be the case, then can deliver right to your door so long as we can get access. If there’s a buzzer code please add it to the instructions during checkout. 

 

When will I get my delivery? 

If you order by Tuesday 12pm you will receive your order either on Thursday or on Friday, depending on your address. Please check the delivery map (see here) to find out your delivery area/day. 

 

 

 

IN-STORE REFILL

 

Can I bring my own containers to refill? 

Absolutely. We believe that your pre-existing container is the best option for refilling. 

Ensure your container is clean and dry to minimize risk of contaminating your purchase with any leftover residues. 

 

Do I have to buy the original container? 

Not at all. You can purchase the product in any container you wish to use. We simply weigh and tare it to ensure you pay only for the content. 

 

 

 

PRODUCTS 

 

Are any of the products you sell tested on animals?

Absolutely not. We vet all products before we consider selling them in our store. 

The majority of our products are vegan, hypoallergenic and fully biodegradable. 

 

Do the products you sell contain SLS? 

Some of our manufacturers’ products do contain SLS. SLS is plant-derived (Coconut or RSPO Certified Palm Oil), Made in USA, Non irritant, Best in industry and almost 100% natural.

Our Sodium Laureth Sulphate is made in the U.S.A and is considered to be of the highest quality in the market due to the advanced manufacturing and vacuum stripping method developed by our supplier. We chose to formulate our products with Sodium Laureth Sulphate because of its superior environmental profile (readily biodegradable), human profile (soft for the skin and much less irritant than SLS) and superior cleaning performance.
