Letting BYOC Begin Again:
an important covid–19 update
We are reintroducing our BYOC (Bring Your Own Container) Program. However, no exciting soap-fuelled deed comes without its guidelines.
We've gotten our cleaning measures down and have some incredible sanitation devices on the way (more on that later) enabling us to feel ready to bring all you eager refillers back in!
NEW DEPOT HOURS
Tuesday – Friday: 4 – 7 pm
Saturday: 11 am – 3 pm
Sunday & Monday: Closed
HOW IT WORKS ON OUR END
These are the two things that we, thy resident soap fairies at Saponetti will be doing:
1. All staff will be wearing masks and gloves; and,
2. Sanitizing ALL containers with Isopropyl Alcohol* before bringing them into the refilling section of the Depot.
*We are soon going to be using a new nifty device: a fogger machine that sprays a powerful, non-toxic, water & salt-based disinfectant. (Probably the coolest thing we and soon you will have ever seen. Well ok– we think it's the coolest thing.)
HOW IT WORKS ON YOUR END
1. All humans coming into the depot will wear a mask.
2. There will be one human/family inside the depot at a time.
We will have a line outside(yay bonus outdoors moments– couped-up-inside life has us appreciating little things like fresh air).
3. All personal containers will be washed prior to arriving.
All the usual reasons including, minimizing mold and bacterial build up inside and out of the container.
4. If you for any reason feel sick or just overall uncomfortable coming in, please send a fellow human on your behalf, the same rules still apply.
And don't forget Delivery is back to picking up empties so do what feels right for you.
