Please note our updated protocols in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation. We are opting to take extra precautions to ensure your safety and the continuation of our refill service.
This means that for the time being, we can no longer accept your containers for refilling purposes, all orders will be fulfilled in our mason jars for delivery or pick-up between 1-4 pm Tuesday through Friday.
We apologize for this inconvenience and promise that we will honour our commitment to refilling your containers once the situation has cleared.
We will accept those jars back for the deposit, but we ask you kindly to return them rinsed/clean.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY MODIFICATIONS
The Drop Delivery has instituted some changes of his own to keep himself and his car safe for everyone.
Our driver will not be picking up empties. If you would like your deposit back you can email us at email@example.com to arrange a drop-off time, or you can hang tight and receive your deposit when this protocol reverts back.
No-contact delivery. Our driver will not be entering condos or apartment buildings. You will get a call from him when he is on his way so you can come down and grab your bag. Delivery dates are still Thursday’s and Friday’s.
